Life is for Living

It was a beautiful day, but probably too hot for most people to enjoy it. I got the best view, with air conditioning. I slept through the flight takeoff that day. I woke up to the pilot telling us that an electrical problem was going to force them to turn around and go back to Memphis. I couldn't go back to sleep then. I took in the view. There were more clouds than usual. Our slow decent kept us at cloud level for a long time – it was breathtaking. From the runway to the landing, I was listening to Coldplay on my iPod. I had a tune in my head that I could not figure out what song it came from. "Now I never meant . . ." kept playing in my mind. I knew it started the song, so I listened to the beginning of every song for it. With no luck, I set it to play all the songs, then drifted to sleep. By the time we landed, I found it as a hidden little part of "Everything's Not Lost". It's just a shame most people probably skip over it.
